About Gerry

Hello, I’m Gerry. A west Dublin based Family Celebrant. I am happily married (32 years) with 3 grown up children and I have lived in Dublin all my life.

I have managed companies at Senior level for over 30 years and people know me for good attention to detail in all aspects of my business career. Good customer service is very important to be successful in business.

I recently qualified as a Family Celebrant with the Irish Institute of Celebrants, and with my work experiences I look forward to meeting people to help them create and manage their ceremonies to suit their individual requirements and needs.  

I am a sports enthusiast and have completed many marathons - some international - and I enjoy open water swimming and our family sport was/is basketball.

I also do some creative writing in my spare time - so, writing couples love stories will hopefully have perfected this. I look forward to meeting couples for the first time - creating that ceremony that will be remembered for the rest of their lives.

I will advise on all areas of the ceremony to ensure that it's memorable and romantic - to be enjoyed by all the family and friends.

As well as weddings I also write and perform Baby Naming and Vow Renewal ceremonies, again at a venue of your choice. These have become quite popular over the last few years and I would be honoured to help plan all aspects of these ceremonies for you.
